So for me, I oftentimes put on this persona, this authoritative, assertive, semi-intimidating character to hide my anxity or whatever, but I'm not sure if that would be the real me if I was secure on the inside. Will AM6 make me be the REAL me with no ego-driven overcompensation that causes me to try to "act" like a badass, and just be the true confident me, whatever that persona is?

If you use it properly, and you use it for as long as you personally need to use it... yes. It is extraordinarily unlikely that you would not.
