No, I just set it to 25%. I was using Bose headphones (ae2w).

Also, when you first started listening during sleep, did it affect your sleep quality at first, and then you got used to it, or do you mean to say that you NEVER had the subs affect your sleep quality, even when you first started sleeping with them?

Finally, do you volume exactly 25%, or is it like 20% or 18%, or something? I set mine at 25% and it is pretty loud, definitely louder than I'd like to hear while sleeping.

Haha, I'd shape my pillows in such a way that I could lie on my side lol.

I always used a sleep hypnosis track at the start of my playlist to knock me out first. In general, it didn't make that much difference to my sleep quality.

25%, isnt loud on my headphones when using the cable. You need to find a comfort volume for you though.

I think you need to stop over analysing things and just run the program. Just follow the instructions and you won't go wrong.
