Complex question involving Sleep Brain Entrainment & Schedule - Ampersnd - 07-16-2014

Hello, I've got a complex question involving the use of 'Sleep Magic' and 'Hypersleep'.

I've been busking for weeks (practically 3 months), and I want to reorganize my schedule to be busking when the bars and clubs close at 2am. I also want to make this work with my work schedule, and to get enough sleep.

Here's my work schedule;

Monday - Thursday (work 3 or 4 of those days) : 4 - 9:30PM
Saturday : 11AM - 6:30PM
Sunday : 12AM - 5:30PM

The only days worth playing at 2AM are from Thursday to Saturday late nights. I also would like to play earlier in the evenings, for more money and practice.

Here's a desired schedule of busking:

Thursday: 11:30PM - 2:30AM (3 hours)
Friday: 8:00PM - 11:00PM; 1:30AM - 2:30AM (4 hours)
Saturday: 8:00PM - 11:00PM; 1:30AM - 2:30AM (4 hours)
Sunday: 7:00PM - 10:00PM (3 hours)

It takes me 15 minutes to commute to the busking spot, or to return.

I want to work out a schedule where I can go home from work, eat, maybe nap/sleep with one of the sleep entrainment programs, warmup, go out, then sleep until the next day.

What is a useful way on integrating sleep entrainment programs (Hypersleep & Sleep Magic) into my schedule in a way that doesn't break the rules of each of these.

Hypersleep: No more than once a week (I think);
Sleep Magic: I don't know what the rules are;

Any help is appreciated

Hypersleep is intended for occasional use. It crams a night's sleep into 2-4 hours. Using it more than about once a week is a good way to make a mess of your sleep schedule. Sleep Magic is intended to either get you a power nap, or get you to sleep as quickly as possible.

It sounds like you want to use Power Nap from Sleep Magic to take a nap, and then Sleep Shuttle to get to sleep when desired, and as quickly as possible.

Hey Shannon,

I already own Sleep Magic, and use it on occasion to get to bed quickly. I actually used it Thursday night after my first late night outside the bars; I slept from 3:30am to 12:15pm. I may need to use Hypersleep tonight (late Friday/early Saturday) to be able to go back out tonight and still get enough sleep before work on Saturday.
