Good on you. I know it's coming, the frustration is just building up day by day. The only thing is it will leave me with practically no one. It's ok though, I'm sure I'll manifest some new decent friends (otherwise Shannon, I want a refund hehe - just kidding Wink )

RE: My AM6 journal - zen - 09-23-2014

If I were to chose between being surrounded by "friends" and being alone for a while, I would chose the second option.

All the best! Smile

Stage 4, final day.... I'm finding it hard to put my finger on exactly what this stage has done. Although I'm more independent and my confidence has increased again, I'm also having depressive mood swings. I'm guessing it could be EPHRA working on something... Today I feel pretty good though, my mind feels clear, whereas on Saturday I was well grumpy lol.

I'm still debating on what to do when I finish AM6, I'm definitely going to be running a learning sub for a few months (hopefully Shannon releases the new MLS before I finish), then after that it is between BASE and another shot at AM6. I'll definitely be running AM6 atleast once again, I'm debating whether or not an 8-9 month break would be ideal before the next run. At the moment I'm swayed more towards running BASE as it has MLS in also, that way it should continue my results with MLS whilst also making me grow in other areas. I've got exams coming up next summer so I need to keep a steady and focued head for then.

You can shape your model of reality consciously. For example, in order to be a successful entrepreneur your grade in school is helpful. It gives you more confident and prone to be more successful. There is a law known as law of inertia which states that either you are stand or you moving on the basis of push.A body will preserve its velocity and direction so long as no force in its motion's direction acts on it. Think your thought as a body and rephrase the law. So whenever you start to flourish learning by MLS in your grade it will automatically grow in other area. You have to shape your own model of reality. Every person is his living embodiment of his own philosophy. Now talk about technicality, BASE's MLS has more futuristic options as it has 5G, OE, maybe advanced manifestations as a part of whole and most importantly in the end your learning paid you off not merely an appreciation for the sake of being connoisseur.

Good luck for your success.

Oh hey! You wound up 15 minutes from my hometown, and on the right (Canadian) side of the falls!

Stage 5, day 4... not much to report at the moment other than I've been having CRAZY dreams and seem to be waking up at precise times (12pm, 2pm 4pm). I've also been waking up sweating so I know I'm doing something action packed whilst dreaming lol (I struggle to remember my dreams still).

I've also just realised something - I'm not sure if I've been running a few of the stages for 31 days instead of 32. Whilst Ive been marking off when I'm suppose to start the next stage I think I may have started a few of the stages a day early. I've counted 32 days in advance but may have started on the 32nd instead of the following day. O well, I'm seeing good results anyway and plan to rerun AM6 again. I've been getting a good amount of listening time in per day so hopefully it would of counteracted -1 day (at least 12 hours per day). I've also increased my listening time to 14 hours + per day and plan to continue like this until the end. Let's see what stage 5 brings....

RE: My AM6 journal - adam225 - 10-06-2014

Not much to report so far... I'm still getting really fvcked up dreams, but nothing other than that. I'm actually wanting some resistance to smack in the face nice and hard (call me crazy).

I dreamt last night that I was standing on the tail of an airbus whist it was on fire and racing another plane around an airport (on the ground). It was literally drifting and spinning out whist going around corners... Lmao, you lot are going to think I'm nuts haha.

RE: My AM6 journal - JackOfHearts - 10-06-2014

I was hoping to face some hard resistance too, you are not alone. I think my subconscious is boring me to death so I give up.

RE: My AM6 journal - Natious - 10-06-2014

Resistance is only resistance if you resist the stuff that comes up or try to go toward the opposite direction of AM. The moment you start accepting the stuff that comes up and don't fight it, it's really not resistance any more, it's just you challenging yourself and your past. Maybe what you really want is to face challenges which is one of the AMs goals.

RE: My AM6 journal - adam225 - 10-06-2014

Yeah I understand that. I just like to know that it's doing something and I guess feeling like shit for a while proves to me that it is. Other than that it can be extremely hard to tell at times (downside to the neutraliser I guess). I like to see/feel obvious improvements, maybe I need to get out more socialising as I'm not doing a tremendous amount of it...

What do you mean by "give up" Manic ? Are you not happy with your results ? You sure it's just not a phase that you're going through ?

I'm not going to give up of course but I have to admit due my tinnitus it's hard to keep listening. I'm happy with it though it's not like I want it to be. it need more improvement.

RE: My AM6 journal - adam225 - 10-07-2014

My ear ringing has almost gone now, it's hard to notice it unless it's really quite. It is annoying though. I think it's the constant repetition of the same sound with the trickling stream track. Shame you're not a fan of the Ocean surf track or ultrasonic.

By the way, when listening at night how loud do you have it ? 25% ??

RE: My AM6 journal - swisston - 10-07-2014

Have either of you used the free anti-tinnitus track?
