No argue about that.what i'm saying is you can get more benefit if you run another sub after 2 runs of AM.and again it depends on the person but usually it's true.
So what do you prefer improving your alphaness from 8.5 to 9.5 or financial side from 4 to 8? again i'm using money as an example.

I thought like that too before but I read some post who Shannon says that sometimes it's better to change sub when you have a good 6 stage set. So that way your mind have the time to process all the information of that sub. It's a post that date from a year ago. I guess it's better to do it that way then AM6->WM2->AM6 at least if you have mastered enough from the AM sub. For BASE it's little bit different because this sub need more continued exposure like BAMM.

The post I mention, it's old but I have seen it in more recent case but I don't find them.

The sub was created before 2010 which is not available in the forum I think. On his journal I think he has wrote just a short message to say it is upgrade to the 4G version like what he have done for the other 4G sub upgrade. I don't think you will find much info there.

As crazy as it can sounds I now want to do BASE. I've been doing "the power of self hypnosis" recently so I want to learn and practice hypnosis more. The last time I was learning about this subject I just scratch the surface without doing anything relevant. I tried not to do much so I don't disturb the AM sub but now I think it's time for unleashing this power.
So unless I change my mind again which I do a lot I think I'm going for BASE after I have complete this training of self hypnosis. The pros of a sub compare to hypnosis is that with a sub you can't screw up yourself because it's scripted carefully by a professional. With hypnosis you can screw things because it's harder to master it but you are also freer to do anything you want.

As a summary I went into a relaxed state with self hypnosis. You tell your body to relax through various word and thinking attitude . You can also use the awareness program that Shannon sell to go in alpha brainwave or Theta (I'm not sure which one is best but as a beginning the easier will be alpha because you'll be more conscious to direct you subconscious) .
As you have remove the barrier of your conscious mind (alpha/theta state) which usually criticize everything which seems impossible to him (have an orgasm on command). Then when you are in this state you order your subconscious to have a light pleasure, then more and more. You can use various visualization too like a girl sucking you and then you release, etc. You go with easy pleasure at the beginning and then you go deeper. I use this program to learn self hypnosis. You can also check the Mark Cunningham video to watch how he makes that girl has orgasm on command. Or buy his product which in my opinion is too expensive 'The Secrets of Erotic Hypnosis'.
