No it's a single stage sub now but it has same effect as it is in 5G

Yes, you should still use it for 3 to 6 months. It is in one stage now, but still requires sufficient usage time to achieve best results.

Will the implemented OGSF work on GSF brought up specifically by the program or will it work on GSF in general/all kinds of GSF?

I have recently switched from using OGFS 4G (1 month) to using LTU3.0 5G (a few days ago). My initial perception of LTU3.0 is that it is having a stronger effect on GFS than the dedicated OGFS 4G program.
As for the other aspects of the LTU program, it is too soon for me to feel anything related to those areas (e.g. Happiness & Joy, Winners Mindset & Attitude, etc.)
(I was not aware that either of the programs targeted specific GFSs)

any and all GSF will be the target of the program.

4G is significantly less powerful than 5G, and when you add in all the technologies that are exclusive to 5G, it becomes even more obvious.
