does overcome approach anxiety 4G help with improving conversations skills? and general confidence?
I do have approach anxiety but also have confidence issues in general

To some degree, yes. The main focus is overcoming approach anxiety, but to help do that it helps with knowing what to say when you approach and maintaining interesting conversations. General confidence is also dealt with, but not as specifically as, say, Absolute Self Confidence.
