Thought I would reveal more results since I just stopped using EPRHA and have already used the Alternating method for about 6 days now. Its been consistent so far in how it works. Literally every time I use this method I get a really great sense of Euphoria, and go into a very deep, restful sleep afterwards. Though the thing is even though I feel well rested when I wake up, I noticed like Superman, that if something disturbs me while I sleep I easily jolt out of sleep in a panic. I still also wake up with the "slight" soreness in my head sometimes. I'm starting to wonder if maybe you get so sleepy with this method because your brain is trying to interpret and process the subliminal script through two different ways (Ultrasonic/masked) per hour (EPRHA script is 30 minutes long). I'm wondering if you would get as tired with running something like AM6 where the program last a hour each time you run it.
