No they are called as spiders in SEO term.. They visit this site continuously so that anything it gets updated here it will be indexed in Google search engine. These spiders come usually once there is a lot of participation in forum.. more members etc which will be seen as an authority site in google's eyes. Thats why spammers come here and index their backlinks to improve their SERP (search engine position) .
