Breast enlargement works on whomever accepts and acts upon the programming. There is no reason a man's breasts cannot grow from the sub as long as the sub is accepted and acted upon by it. The programs have measures in place to only work for females, but AbiDrew raises an interestong point: what if you genuinely believe yourself to be female, regardless of your physiology?
