Hi Shannon, can i use stereo ear buds while im sleeping for the masked ocean/trickling stream tracks? I can't really use speakers cuz i don't live alone.

Headphones and earbuds are perfectly acceptable, but they do present the following issues to consider.
- Can you reliably sleep in them, and have them stay in place?
- Can you sleep in them without accidentally choking yourself?
- Can you sleep with them and not accidentally unplug them?
- Can you use them at a safe volume for the format you prefer?
The answer to all these will tell you whether or not you can effectively use earbuds.
