That was a rapid-fire feedback. I say keep the experimentals in the shop, and only upgrade to 4G if requested. There are a couple I want to try out. But my subliminal queue is booked solid for a while.

Once I finish alpha male is there a certain amount of time I have to wait before running another subliminal? I'm thinking about using BIABW 7.1 because I never really got a chance to try that out and it's been sitting on my hard drive for a while.

Right now I'm debating if I should run through alpha again. At earlier stages I was convinced that I would have to run through it again. But now that I'm on stage 5 I'm feeling stuff really come together. I'm just thinking of giving the alpha male training some time to really sink in before I go at it again.

I usually suggest 1 to 4 weeks off from subliminals after you complete the alpha set, if you want to take time off, but it's not strictly necessary to do so. It will help the programming settle in a bit better though.

Alright thanks. I'm definitely going to give my brain some time to relax after I'm done.

@batman: I have not studied NLP yet. I have been focusing in another direction. At some point, I am going to study NLP, but for the time being, the logistics are not very good for that. If what you say is true, then there will potentially be a 5th generation of subliminals.

As for instantly stopping smoking, it's a lot more complicated than that. My research has shown that there are four major types of personality that match major physiological types, and they range from nearly impossible to stop smoking to quits on a whim, without help.

I have seen skilled hypnotists do wonders with hypnosis, but sufficient skill seems very rare. NLP I have not studied enough to know, but I doubt that all four personality types would be able to quit instantly, or at least without a master practitioner's help. And true masters are rare indeed.

We'll see as soon as possible. Right now I am swamped. I'm working on the alpha female set while I am in Washington. 20 hours of work, and I'm almost finished creating the key script. Long way and lot of work left to do yet.

I’ve used NLP to quit smoking and it never worked for me. Although I think I’m probably one that verges on the almost impossible to quit. It doesn’t seem to matter how much you smoke either. My younger sister smoked more than me and basically just decided to quit and hasn’t smoked for a year! I hate her lol. I watched a news story the other night that said they are finding out that genetics play a huge role in the reason why some people have such a hard time quitting. From this they think they can find different ways to help people on a more individual basis.

Good news, Patti: My mother was one of those "nearly impossible" cases, and the program you are using worked for her.

But... one thing you'll need to do to help yourself along is let go of negative responses towards those who do not smoke, and those who quit more easily than you can. The program helps with that, but those negative responses only make it harder for you.

OMG Shannonaaaaa, I was seriously kidding about my sister! hahaha I’m thrilled she could do it, it just amazed she could and only with one try! And believe me, I have your mom's story in the back of my mind all the time. I'm hoping we have the same success!

RE: Shannon's Journal - Shannon - 05-19-2011

As do I. I think its best to just "set it and forget it" though. Thinking about something consciously all the time may have an impact on the results. Just relax and let it go. It will be as it should be.

RE: Shannon's Journal - JamesC71 - 05-19-2011

Shannon, if I am working at a customer service job that I usually hate because of how negative people are yet I am forced to try to sell stuff to people even as they complain about their service would Ultra Success help me with that?

Yes. So would the Positive Thinking/Positive Attitude and Attract Positive Energy subs.

RE: Shannon's Journal - Litisthebest - 05-21-2011

Shannon, I believe you said there was a physical change that was added into Alpha Male 2011. Can I take a guess? I am not saying I know, but just guessing. I am on Stage 3, first few days. I go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week. I am kind of plateau and don't really increase my weight too often. I haven't been taking any new supplements or anything, but every week when I go in now, I am a little stronger. My friend commented on how I looked thinner and maybe lost weight. So I weighed myself and I actually gained weight. So I am just throwing this out there, may just be a coincidence, but does Alpha Male increase your testosterone levels or Human Growth Hormone Levels, naturally. I mean I can just add more weight each week and I am not trying. I am getting physically stronger each week, without doing anything differently. I don't know if this is what the physical change is, but I am just taking a guess.

The physical changes specifically included in the script for AM2011 include taking better care of yourself, better hygiene, taking the time to make yourself more physically attractive, things that will help you build out the physical of being an alpha male. It is possible that it might have the side effect of increasing testosterone levels, but if it does, I have not done any sort of testing to find proof thereof as yet.

RE: Shannon's Journal - RainbowAbyss - 05-22-2011

During and since finishing Alpha, especially stages 5 and 6, I had totally changed my diet and became much more consistent at the gym again, my physique transformed quite a bit, I also had the intense conscious urge to grow taller and almost got the a sub for it lol

RE: Shannon's Journal - JamesC71 - 05-22-2011

Shannon,
If I had a few nights where I was only able to listen to stage two of AM2011 for five hours or under should I restart that stage?

RE: Shannon's Journal - The GK - 05-23-2011

Shannon,
is it okay to combine BIATBW 7.1 and ASC ?

I've listened to just BIATBW for 40 days now and I 'm not sure wether it has made any changes or not (I'm only listening to the ultrasonic version and maybe the speakers are the problem - it's a bit frustrating). Anyway, now I'm at a stage of my life where I feel like I need to listen to ASC and I don't want to drop BIATW either because the results might be coming soon (?).
