Stop Smoking (Multiple Versions) - Shannon - 12-06-2012
One of my most resistant tester's experience with Stop Smoking Forever Version 5.0/5G:
Me: How are you doing with the smoking?
Her: good
have not even had a craving in like forever
Me: which means? No cigarettes since you quit from the program at week 8?
Her: yep almost 8 weeks
Me: How long ago was your last craving?
Her: oh wow, weeks ago, at least 3
Me: and that would have been during stage what?
Her: 6
no maybe beginnin 7
Me: You do know that Stage 7 is for use only if you have cravings after using Stage 1-6, right?
Her: no
sorry
Me: No need to apologize. If you're finished with Stage 6, the only reason to use Stage 7 is to kill any cravings you have. are you using Stage 6 or 7?
Her: was 7 lol
Me: How long have you been using 7?
Her: about a week
Me: and the cravings stopped completely 3 weeks ago, so... you don't need to continue with it. You can if you wish... but you don't need to. I think I would probably finish it anyway.
Her: ok I can do that
Me: So are you a nonsmoker now?
Her: I say I am lmao
Me: Congratulations, you pass. When the program has finished doing it's job, cravings disappear and the person identifies fully as a nonsmoker at all levels.
Yay! You're a success in more than one way!
Her: YAYME!!!!
Me: I am so pleased. Thank you so much for this.
Her: NO thank you
Me: How do you feel now as a non-smoker?
Her: lol not much different really, should I?
Me: Well most people feel rather proud that they have made such an accomplishment.
Her: well that of course lol, I tell everyone LOL
Me: I also forgot to ask you about any weight gain.
Her: not that I have noticed, or anyone said anything about, but that was a concern of mine so was careful
Notice how casually she responds, and how much of a non-issue it seems to be to her. This is the result of quitting so easily. Even after she stopped, cravings did not make her smoke, and eventually they too disappeared. Cravings will be removed at a different pace for everyone, with some people having none as soon as they quit, and some requiring the rest of the program to get past them. That's why the program is designed for use for 6 months. Hopefully she will come and give her own testimonial in full.
