Hello, how are you ?, I am new to the forum, my name is victor and I speak Spanish, I am using the google translator to be able to write to you.

1. Three months is the minimum amount of time you should use this program for.
2. You should give yourself a period of 2-4 weeks of no subliminals before starting one of ours if you are coming from another program creator.
