I suggest you allow fate a helping hand, and communicate with her to politely let her know that right now you're focused on improving yourself and achieving your goals, but that you appreciate her making the effort to communicate. At least that opens the door a crack for whatever may be possible in the future.

wow shannon your reply are really precise. To the point. Bulls Eye!
I think may be you should start offering an online lec course too. I Am sure lot of people will enrol, I for one definitely will.

I often find myself giving unequal hours listening to these subs. As I said earlier, more than 90% of the time I am using ultrasonic subs with head phones and w/o headphones during sleeping. But some days I give like 12+ hours listening to them. Somedays I give 4-6 hours and very rarely few days I skip it.

I dont know if this problem is just with me or all you people out there?

It is a problem for me, but, you need to get at least 8 hours every single day. Anything less than 8, you need to make up with 1.5 times as many hours the next day. Skipping days needs to be made up the same way (1.5 * days you missed). Just put it on a calendar to track when you should be switching stages. If you miss a day then add two days at the end.
