How bad is it to break loop? Let's say i play DMSI and my computer freezes for 5 seconds. How much will this influence the effectiveness or what other problems arise? Also let's say I listen to DMSI on my cellphone, someone calls me for 5 minutes and I continue listening?

Thanks for the Information
If you miss even 5 seconds you may die from a very bad psychic hyperinflation of the internal nerves in your brain Ohmy

I know it's a joke, but it's not exactly helpful if someone who's impressionable reads it.

I actually reported the first reply since it is nothing but misinformation/spam.

Thanks Benjamin for trying but the faqs does not really answer my question well, maybe someone else can clarify this for me
I'm not sure how it doesn't answer it. It says "If you want the benefits of ASRB, don’t break it."

Breaking it will reduce benefit so it's strongly recommended not to do so.

Okay you are right it does answer the question. I was wondering however if someone could roughly make a statement percentage wise about loss of effectiveness, let's say resulting from a 5 second break and resulting from a 5 minute break. I guess this is difficult/impossible to say

There is no definitive answer. It will depend on too many variables to know for sure in each case. How long you've used it, your personality type, what the program's goals are, the usage patterns and configurations, etc. etc. all factor in.
