I used LTU 3.1 for like 1 month but i realized that to my current goals, MLS 5.5 would be the best, so, what would happens if i don't wait 1 week to use it? I am in a critical point in my life that could use every help possible.

It's best to have time off to let it settle a bit, otherwise your brain never gets a rest. It's more important after a 5.5g program as it's running in your head around 3 weeks because of P6.
You don't 'have' to with other programs, but it usually is best. And it's only a week.
