Your natural state results from what you believe to be true and the instruction set you run as a default standard. This program will supply you with the instruction set that, given enough usage time, becomes and causes you to trains yourself to become, this response and state as an ongoing, natural automatic expression of that beingness.
Itb causes you to become and train yourself to be, that set of beliefs and defaults that automatically results in this outcome.
Obviously what you believe to be true must be changed in order to go from being stressed to not, having that disconnect. Assuming this program will do that.
