I've been a bit distant from the forums so I could figure out things for myself. I've stopped watching porn and masturbation. I choose not to blast a load until I have sex with a girl I choose. At the end of this week, it would have been a solid month.
My sex drive and overactive imagination are annoying a lot of the time as my mind turns so many things sexual. I've been doing hypnosis sessions and meditations to change my mindsets and beliefs. I'm trying to learn how to direct my sexual energy to manifest what I intend to in my life. I don't want to ejaculate though, just use that horny energy to make the sensations die down and improve my life.
I don't want to deal with any spirits or anything, but I am open to using symbols of power to fuel my intentions. Can I create my own or should I use established symbols I find on the internet? Can I just draw it on my body and thus have more power?
