Does ASC 5g have self esteem inside or just self confidence? if no, what sub is best for self esteem and self confidence ?
AM6 is really good for both. ASC causes dramatic changes too!

ASC doesn't specifically work on self esteem. But it may help that indirectly in the ways it's related to confidence.

please help me understand because english is not my first language I thought self esteem and confidence was the same thing?
They are very different. I'm very confident overall. I know what I can do and can't. I'm most confident in my work as well as my academic skills. I pull out good grades even if I slack off.
But I have a crappy self-esteem. Feeling insecure all the time generally. Feeling that everyone is better than myself, feeling that I'm lower than average, ect.
