So I've been using the US and Luck subs for 6 days now, but of course want to get maximum benefit from them.

I am using silent Luck at night and then silent US during the day. Should i listen sometimes to the sound ones as well, or it doesn't matter?

Also do you recommend doing a break between the 2, and how long? I know it should not exceed 21 h, but maybe its not ok to listen to one after another..

Maybe anyone can share tips on the optimal usage? Many thanks!

Each format has the same content (ultrasonic, ocean surf, trickling stream) so you can do it however you like.

You should be fine going onto the next one when finishing the first, just finish all the listening of one first without alternating.
