I do agree there should be a socializing sub, I even made a request for it before, my point is that AM6 in the meantime will take care of Social issues for you.

10. Small conversation starter, and ability to start conversations with anyone at anytime and anywhere.
11. Become the center of attention everywhere you go.
12. Develop your own Effective Social and Communication style that best suits you and gives you the best results.
13. Make people feel better after you are done talking to them than they were before.
14. Talking Autopilot/Flow State in Speaking
15. Ability to give speeches off the cuff
16. Master Debating Skills
17. Relationship Management
18. Ability to Work with enemies
19. DMSI Sniper on Crowd or Person you are talking to
20. Ability to create a following of you.
These were additions that were added to the existing AM5 script and not AM5 things that were put into AM6. And there is an AM5 list but this one has only tons of suggestions and only 5 of them were allowed to choose from. Other than that AM has a strong inner focus and it made some people anti-social while running it so I don't think it is a good recommendation for socializing (by the way, did you run it? if so, how was socializing?). The only sub close to a socializing sub is WM but its focus in on women (with exceptions of some old 3G like "Socializing is a fun game").
Daredevil, all you've done is post a list of words without actually going through it and identifying all the things I mentioned. The things which I mentioned (and I'll mentioned them again here) are not included in the AM6 sub.
"These do not include; charm, charisma, emotional intelligence, mastering the ability to build and maintain relationships long term (relationship management), persuasion skills, social intelligence, influence, network building etc etc. These are all the soft skills that a focused social skills sub aims to incorporate."
It says in your profile that you've only run one sub EPRHA 2.0 which is a free to use sub. Perhaps try AM6 for yourself before commenting on what it's results are.

The heart of socialising is connecting with people. The faster and deeper the connections are, the more adept the socialiser. The things I highlighted in
bold are counter to that objective. Having a celebrity effect and displaying dominance can be quite intimidating. Being the center of attention everywhere (while a nice idea) can also be counter productive when the context is unsuitable - such as at a funeral or taking a girl out on a date.
The things I
underlined are valuable to socialising and would fit well in a social skills sub.

It's actually pretty much impossible for me to not influence others. I've completely botched presentations and still got what I wanted.
Dominance can be countered with an edge of warmth. Look at most successful "Alphas". They are dominant, but they have this warmth to them that tells you they are friendly.
Just ensure they are balanced so you aren't too dominant or too warm.

And there's a reason I put Aura of Comfort and Dominance, it goes into the principle of tender aggressiveness. Ya boy Elliott hulse has some good info on that.

I can understand that you're strapped for money Sarge but I see no reason why that should constitute it being diminished in quality just to be fused into another sub.
The goals of this sub require a stand alone.
