Day 1

4 loops Hybrid Trickling Stream overnight

Ran my loops, I had awful sleep during them. I was pretty much awake and conscious during the entirety of the loops meaning today I'm exhausted. I woke up with a headache, my girlfriend pissed me off the moment I opened my eyes so I was quite cold to her this morning.

So far I've noticed my brain processes feel "lighter". Also, things seem to look "clearer" and I feel more "present". When I was driving, a lot of the time my brain will drift off into daydream, but today it was focused right here right now and as such my memory and visual recall of my drive was slightly improved more than usual.

Noticeably less libido and less horny than after a night of DMSI loops.

I'm excited to see how I feel after a good nights sleep.
I'm really liking how I feel on this subliminal. Everything just seems to have more "clarity". I'm in a positive and upbeat mood.

I'd liken it to when I was short sighted for a while, but didn't realise I needed glasses. When I got a pair, it made me realise that I hadn't been seeing all that was possible. That's how I feel right now.

I haven't actually tried any "learning" yet as I've been busy out of the office all of today. I don't think I will be able to do any reading up on screenwriting until next week, so I'll let the sub keep building until then.

Btw, I remember, last night when I was listening, toward the end of the last loop my brain felt like it was vibrating. It wasn't a very comfortable sensation. I wonder if that was caused by turbulence due to DMSI to MLS without a break, or whether it was just the sub itself.

Also, I seem to be using "quotation marks" a lot lol.
Day 4

4 loops Hybrid Trickling Stream overnight

Feeling:

-Very tired
-Hungry a lot of the time - even more so than when on DMSI 3.1. Eating more than usual.
-Thirsty, water intake has definitely increased even more so than DMSI 3.1
-Headaches, but unusual types. Often have the feeling of my head vibrating, and can consciously feel sensations in parts of my brain which I don't recall having felt before.
-Anxiety - wasn't expecting this one, not sure what to attribute it to. Feels like a panicky feeling in my chest

I'm not sure what to attribute to turbulence and what to attribute to MLS.

In terms of improved learning, if there has been any difference at all, it seems slight. Still very early days though, of course.
Day 5

4 loops Hybrid Trickling Stream overnight

Some cool stuff happening. I had some downtime at work yesterday so was reading up on story structure. I was very tired, and some of it was quite complex, but even though I felt like my brain wouldn't be able to handle reading and comprehending the material, I managed to make my way through it without too much difficulty.

The cooler part is during my drive home, I started remembering what I had read and found I could recall pretty much every major insight and theory that the book provided. I didn't make a conscious choice to start remembering it all, it just started happening by itself and I ran with it.

I've also noticed that when I hear music, I can detect patterns and then deviations from the pattern in the music and what effect they are trying to cause by that deviation.

After 8 hours sleep this morning with the sub running, I woke up feeling clear headed. It's like there's less mental chatter and so I'm able to see things more clearly and to focus more of my attention particularly on one thing.

I felt like I could have skipped coffee this morning, but I didn't just out of habit.

This is of course only a small portion of all this program is trying to accomplish. But it is a very important part. Of course this also presumes you do not prevent it from being able to accomplish its goals through resistance or self sabotage. Given enough time, it should be able to overcome those.
Day 6

I had a big argument with my girlfriend last night. I cried after the argument. I found this used to happen on DMSI when I would be going through a healing phase, so it's possible that MLS healing is currently working under the hood too.

I'm finding it quite hard to get a proper uninterrupted nights sleep with MLS. The 4 loops take a long time to complete, and I'm finding I'm semi-awake until the loops end, and only then do I fully fall asleep. This results in me feeling tired - although my ability to focus, concentrate and retain info is still improved from baseline even while in my tired state.

Last night I had a strange dream. I was in a hotel with my girlfriend, and we were being chased, and the rooms around us were all numbered chronologically, so from 1-20. There was randomly a room numbered 219 or 239 (can't remember which) and my girlfriend wanted to go in it. I then recalled a voice in my head telling me to never enter room 219/239 and I told her no way and felt really fearful, like the dream was a horror movie. Could be my mind trying to go to places my conscious brain doesn't want to go?

Randomly had the urge to add cinnamon to my black coffee, thought it might be a good idea so googled it and read that:

"Cinnamon Puts Your Brain to Work

Could be the Optimus Engine or the modules on improving diet? I didn't know cinnamon had that effect until I googled it, I only knew it slowed blood sugar spikes.

That would be subconscious mind, not conscious brain.

Subgoal #15: Optimize your dietary intake, eating times, amounts, types of foods you eat, etc. to achieve maximum learning speed.
Day 7

Still soooo tired. My dreams last night very DMSI centred - one in which I fingered a girl and another in which my girlfriend was talking about sex with another man and I got angry. I'm hoping the tiredness is due to turbulence from DMSI and MLS.

I randomly had the urge to buy a keyboard yesterday. Put it in my Amazon basket, got to the checkout then backed off and thought it's a bit of a rash £150 to spend on a whim. Told myself to wait if I still feel the same tomorrow, and now tomorrow is today, I still do.

There's some cool videos on Youtube where it shows you the keys you would press on a piano Guitar Hero style - I figure I could learn simply be memorising the keys and timing from these videos - e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ePNm0EiGW3Q

Day 8

I'm still not able to really sleep until all 4 loops are completed. That means I'm usually semi-awake until 4am, then I can sleep properly until 8am.

Those 4 hours of sleep have been packed with dreams too. Either I'm having more dreams than usual, or I'm remembering more of them.

Still so tired though. A dull pounding headache in the background and it's tough to feel fully awake without a kick start from coffee in the morning.

I'm getting frustrated with my lack of imagination. I want to write a script. I've read lots on screenwriting and have made myself a step-by-step guide to help me in creating plot, characters and then scene construction. Dialogue I don't feel I need to read about as I think it pretty much writes itself and I don't want to flood my head with conflicting ideas.

Anyway, I can't think of a good enough premise to write about. I'm hoping MLS might help me out, but seeing as it's all about learning, I'm not sure if it's going to help as much with creativity.
Something interest happened just now. I took my mum and girlfriend out for lunch at a French restaurant. The manager was a really pretty girl in a yellow dress. I put her out of my mind during the dinner, but I noticed she would glance over at me every now and again.

I got up to use the bathroom at one point. I purposefully crossed her on the way, and I asked her if she knew where the bathroom was. She pointed it out for me with her lovely French accent and a beautiful smile.

This might not seem like a big deal, but I know that pre and also whilst on DMSI, this is unlikely something I would have done.

I've noticed since being off DMSI, I'm no longer feeling "pressure" to seduce women, so instead when I went up to her, I wasn't thinking about hitting her with sexual energy, I just wanted to soak in her presence and enjoy the interaction.

Suppose this is the bloom, but I think this could help Shannon with 3.2 and anti-sabotage modules. Take the emphasis off seduction and have the user put less pressure on themselves. Some kind of anti-perfectionist module like the one MLS has.
Day 11

Partied and drank over the weekend so not been testing this as much. My hangover seems to be a lot worse than normal.

Before partying this weekend, a couple of times when I did stuff with my girlfriend, I found to my delight that my erection strength had gone up massively. It used to be when I would get erect, my penis would point straight out in front of my body at 90 degrees, but for a couple of times now it has been getting harder and sticking up higher so that it's closer to a 45 degree angle.

My girl commented it looked bigger than normal a couple of times. I thought it looked bigger too.

Might not be related to the subs, might be from something unrelated, but I like it and I hope it sticks around lol.
Day 12

Still feeling rather shakey, think I'm coming down with something, probably from a lowered immune system from all the alcohol.

When playing the loops at night, they finish at around 4am, and I always notice when the loops have finished because I'm still semi-awake when they're running. This happened with DMSI at first, but after a few weeks I could sleep fine with it playing, so I'm hoping the same happens.

I've also noticed that when the sub finishes at around 4am, I'll need to get up and use the bathroom. This is pissing my girlfriend off because it wakes her up when I get up haha. Might be the detox scripting.

Well, tell her to get used to it if you end up together...As you get older, that prostate's gonna get bigger and send your ass to the bathroom 1-2 times a night, lol. And if she ever were to get pregnant, she'll be off to pee 3-4 times/night. Wink
Might be you resisting the (detoxing) script, by intentionally intoxicating your brain with alcohol.

Ok cool I'm not the only one Big Grin Not that I was complaining when I discovered it myself, but I thought "...nahhhh the sub is about learning, not having a hard dick." Then I considered that as part of the brain bloodflow optimization and the detox process might be to increase and optimize general circulation.
