Have Been doing LTU for about 5 months at-least every night missing no more than 3 nights in a row. Haven't really received any solid tangible results. What would you consider results in your opinion?

I would look to see if you do things or think differently now before you started LTU. That sub is a lesser version of AM and AM is more about inner changes to become that Alpha man.
