I'm confident that I can stop masturbating without the sub exposure.
I learned many things during the 2nd run of my Stop Masturbating on how and why I cannot stop my masturbating in the past.
To be able to stop or avoid masturbating is to kill the initial thoughts of doing the masturbation.
There are thoughts that triggers intentionally (sex imagination, watching pornographic videos) and unintentionally (seeing sexy body, cleavage, downblouse).
Once it happens, it needs to be stop as soon as possible. If I don't stop, it will be more difficult to avoid masturbating since my body will react to those thoughts.
It is similar to a snowball effect. Stop as soon as possible by doing other things, thinking other thoughts, removing easy access to pornographic sites etc. Stop Masturbating Sub helped me accomplish that.
Stop Masturbating also helped me to eliminate the addiction of watching porn and do better things than masturbating.
