I'm on AM5 running each stage for 32days
My question is : What if I'm to go on holidays for 2 weeks and not listen to the sub in the time I'm away. - Can I just go back to listen where I left off when I return home ? I go on vacation for 2 weeks every 3 months. I will be doing AM5 followed by WM and finally SM. So I will be taking these breaks over the period of one year and 6 months. - Will this have any negative affect on the programs ?

That will severely disrupt the program as the affects of the sub have to be ongoing for them to make a difference. For example if you listen to sub for 30 days, one day a month for 30 months it's not going to make much of a change. I suggest that you invest in a device so that you can listen to them while you are on vacation and get as much exposure as you can by either using the ultrasonic on speakers or headphones at night while you sleep.
