Shannon I was just reading through your journal and you mentioned in a post that if you start AM 11 you should finish it before going in to AM 5.0.

I used AM 11 stage 1 from the 6 July to the 23 July, but decided to get onto AM 5.0 instead on the 24 July and have been using it since and I've just moved onto stage 2. Is this going to be problem? I wish I had asked first.

To know you will not have issues, you will have to start over from scratch using AM 5.0 from Stage 1, Day 1.

does this apply to other single subs? i was using BIATWM for 10 days maybe, then i got AM 5.0 and immediately made the switch

Shannon I did start using AM 5.0 from day 1 using stage 1.

To summarise;

Started AM 11 stage 1 on 6 July to 23 July for a total of 18 days.
Started AM 5.0 stage 1 on 24 July to 24 August for a total of 32 days
Started AM 5.0 stage 2 from 25 August.

You should be fine then. Just keep going.
