Vision Board Movie...

Hey Shannon,

I am going to create a vision board movie with inspiring pictures of my dreams and goals which will be about 5 mins long. It will include for example affirmations going with the pictures like ''This is my home in England'' ''I have a healthy lean muscular body'' ''This is my super nice car''.

I plan to watch it every morning and night. I am just wondering if this is okay? because I am going onto stage 2 of the Alpha in a few days. Just wondering if you think this small daily process will effect the Alpha?

Your from the UK Blue? I didn't realise that. Did you see Derren Browns "hero at 30,000 feet" that aired last month? I wanted to share it here but 4oD - like the BBC iplayer - doesn't allow it to be view outside the UK. It's very relevant to subliminal use.

Yeah I live in the UK. I have in fact seen Hero at 30,000 feet a few times, I thoughts it was pretty awesome. He really changed that guys life, just shows you how powerful the subconscious can be. It's got to be one of Derren browns best episodes.

I'd say you could use them both, but such a movie might significantly distract from the focus of the Alpha set... you'd have to see for yourself to be sure.

what about making some mind movies designed to accompany sets
there could be subliminal messages written in the background, or however it is done.
Say for sex magnet you could post the pictures you plan on using
and we could vote on which one's would be best for our goals

It's an idea I would like to explore, if I had the time. But I am just one man, however skilled I may be at what I do, and I cannot compromise quality for speed. I also have at least a year's worth of stuff to do as it is.
