Tips for listening to Aura of Sexiness?

Hi,

Please provide tips - how to listen to Aura of Sexiness/how many times a day. How long does it take to see the initial results? Is the ocean or the ultrasonic soundtrack the best? Should I listen to both at the same time? I haven't tried any other subliminals yet.

1- Try to listen about 4-8 hours a day, 1 hour minimum. If you can just loop it on all night over some speakers at a reasonable volume.

2-Usually takes about 2-3 weeks to see full benefits and see it strengthening. You will experience random up/downs and until then.

3-Ocean is acceptable with ANY speakers or headphones. It is recommended if your speakers cannot handle the ultrasonic or if you decide that you enjoy the relaxing sound of the waves. Some people like that when sleeping.

I recommend Ultrasonic because I can listen to it while I do other things like watch tv, read, listen to music, whatever. It's not recommended to use headphones with this esp. at a high volume. I do at a low volume. You need speakers at 20khz or above frequency response rate. Make sure the speaker specs specify the response rate otherwise you are just wasting your time. You should keep it at a reasonable volume. I usually will play a music track and turn the volume to a comfortable volume that I can hear everything but I won't get annoyed with the high volume after several hours. Then play the track to that volume.

Only choose 1 track, it depends on your preference. If you decide to use more than one sub at a time, make sure they are played after each other. Never play two subs at the same time together.

Best of luck, I know you'll enjoy this sub, it was my very first as well Except some really neat experiences and results.

And one other thing that I realized late. Make sure your headphones / speakers are STEREO sound and not mono. This should be in the FAQ section I believe.

Thanks for the tips.

I am using a Sennheisers (HD 201 model). Am not sure about the range/Hz/frequency stuff.

I googled this model and it says ..Response Bandwidth 21 - 18000 Hz

Specifications for Sennheiser HD201 headphones:
Frequency Response (low): 21 Hz
Frequency Response (high): 18 kHz
Impedance: 24 ohms
Sensitivity: 108 dB

Is this a gud one to use?

Generally, if you use the program for less than eight hours a day, you don't want to go below six. Eight is optimal, and most people can handle up to 12 hours a day without having too much trouble processing what they have exposed themselves to. I recommend 8 hours a day if you can do it, and more if you can handle it. Up to your limits of processing capacity, more exposure is better. Most people will peak at 8 to 12 hours of exposure, and after that will see slower results because they don't have enough down time for processing the input.

Speaker manufacturers tend to claim a higher frequency response than is actually useful on the speakers; they list the absolute limit of what it will reproduce without distortion at normal volume, not what it will reproduce clearly. You see the difference in listening to an ultrasonic on a pair of speakers with a frequency response rating of 20 kHz versus 22-25 kHz, it's obvious. My ultrasonics go up to 20 kHz, but that's not even the center frequency, which is lower.

Lower frequency responses will clip the audio, resulting in more distortion and thus less clear subliminals, leading to degradation of results and other potential problems. If your speakers are not capable of reproducing at least 20 kHz, you should either get a pair that can, or use the masked format. 20 kHz is the minimum necessary for clear reproduction of the ultrasonic subliminals we offer here.

Is it necessary to read/know the script before listening to the aosexiness subliminal? Just read the script that is in the product description of AOS..wondering if i need to remember them first before listening.

It is not necessary to know the script or read it at all, for any subliminal. They do not work on faith.

My experience (3rd day) - I listened to the AOS ocean subliminal today for an hour on my way to work. Noticed a great sense of calm and confidence, a feeling of being in control throughout the day, hardly any negative thoughts at the end of the day. Noticed people smiling at me more at the office. Got a compliment from a guy friend that I am looking cool. Overall a positive day..Coincidence?

4th day - I notice-everytime i listen to this subliminal, there's a tingling sensation..from head to toe.. Saw 2 good looking women staring at me in the face at the workplace. I noticed i was cracking jokes and was more social without trying..usually am a serious guy...feeling of being in the zone..work was effortless..high on energy even at the end of the day...
