RE: This and That
I'm having a lot of resistance to NOT using all the subs at the same time.
Ok, could these go together for a couple of months? They seem like they'd have similar themes.... and I'm prepared for a kick in the butt since I know I'm being one of people who are not using them correctly. Achieve and maintain ideal weight Absolute Self confidence and Aura of Sexiness... if ONE has to go this would be the one to put off until later as I have a lot of success in this area already, but it's one I'm passionate about and I love feeling sexy and enjoying being that person exuding sexiness as an energy rather than because I'm the best looking girl around. lol I'm sure not, but will get attention as if I am. The other ones I have are the millionaire in 4 years and unlimited wealth. I want it all NOW!!!! I've been shifting my money vibes on my own lately and have seen the changes, more coming in and am so excited to have this to aid it, seems so much less EFFORT to have some help changing beliefs. http://www.massagemaggie.com |

It's a very big subliminal. Also, get this book: http://www.amazon.com/Mindless-Eating-Mo...0345526880 Make sure to incorporate all its suggestions. RE: This and That
Just waiting on a client now... but I am going to try using EFT in order to increase receptiveness to the subliminals. I haven't decided exactly how, I'll play with it tonight in bed ... er.. the EFT I mean!! For those who don't know, EFT is tapping on acupuncture points along with suggestions, to either release emotional charge from something, or to insert positive beliefs etc. can be used for anything emotion or physical pain and is incredibly effective. Why am I looking at subliminals instead of only using EFT on everything in my life? Curiosity? Path of least resistance? Laziness, Pure and simple? I forget, or I put it off, or procrastinate.. especially when I'm resistant to the subject. It's easy to tap and get rid of a pain or a headache, there is a lot of resistance to thoroughly tapping and addressing issues pertaining to emotional eating, or body image and self worth or money. However I DO use it, and I bet it could really increase the speed and ease in which the suggestions are accepted.

RE: This and That
I have done a lot of work in overcoming resistance and maximizing receptivity to subliminals, so unless you have a very resistant personality, it seems unlikely that it would be an issue. If you do have a strong personality, being willing to make the change usually allows it to happen. It's rare for someone to resist my subliminals completely, or fail to get the desired benefits out of them. However, I have in the works a program designed to help with that.
You don't have to be lazy to prefer subliminals. I prefer them because they allow me to maximize the use of my mind and time to achieve success with a minimum of effort. Laziness? No, I'm still going. Just putting my sleeping mind to work, too. I know how it is to want to use everything all at once. But, if you want it to wok, you can't. Especially given how strong willed you are. So trust the guidelines, and make sure you have read the FAQ about all this.

Thanks for the reply -- thankfully I don't think I'd be the resistant type! I tend to actively seek change and have in the last few years to the point of having completely changed my habitual feelings and even initial responses and reactions. Old things still linger of course but that is a matter of time and being more thorough in the process. I really believe subliminals will be an enormous aid in this, especially things like the absolute self confidence and millionaire mindset, oh and of course the ideal weight... would be a big relief if that was a natural way of life rather than always an "issue" worrying me.

That is EXACTLY what I was thinking before I got the personal ones for myself. If I were to mix a trickling stream stress or pain relief audio with a music track, would it still work? I like to use music when I work and have a wide variety of tracks. Would I have to put it on a separate set of speakers? I like music as just nature sounds usually have a bit of a tinny or fake sound on the speakers I have right now. Before coming to this site I was looking for some software to create my own for my practice. Not the long term kind, but the ones that work (sorry I forget the classifications) immediately and short term like the arousal one, only it'd be for relaxation and the allowance of various physical effects and relief in the body and mind. Obviously I wouldn't be changing someone's patterns, but even though active conscious exercises and phrases you can turn around a mindset and feeling and "vibration" very quickly. Just as through EFT you can literally within minutes eliminate pain. I don't use EFT as much as I would like as most of my clients are German, and my language skills are not good enough for the kinds of programs that require native tongue. You know? You said you have an NLP background so you know how important the wording is. http://www.massagemaggie.com |

RE: This and That
So, I've been listening to the ideal weight and throwing in a little of the ultimate self confidence one in there too. More time on weight... but yes, some on the confidence.
I've seen a difference, in ........5?? days. Mainly things like, for example I've been soooo lazy lately. seriously I just couldn't get off my ass -- not including this past week since I'm on a mission to retrieve and have a great athletic figure again. Last night I was so happy to have downloaded a show I'd been dying to watch and I had this idea that I'd watch the show and have some salad, then go out for my walk/run. As I was preparing the show I had the FEELING and impulse --- now this is totally totally different from a "guilty thought that I SHOULD" -- that I should first go work out, and then settle in with a salad, the show, and straight to sleep after that. So I did do that. But what was so exciting was that I had the urge to go work out, rather than forcing myself to and having guilty thoughts over it which is normally how it goes. Another thing is that I absolutely am showing more confidence. Already. I'm talking back, questioning people, and sticking up for myself. Not in a rude way, I'm extremely polite, but instead of just accepting whatever it is I question and prod or even will allow an argument. In so many situations from bitchy unhelpful receptionists, to man interests. I've always let being "nice" and not wanting to trod on anyone's toes be something that keeps me from speaking up when it's in order. http://www.massagemaggie.com |

RE: This and That
Hi Patti!
I know I've said this before but I'm so thrilled to have "discovered" this tool. Of course I knew about subliminal recordings, I used to listen to my dad's Stop Smoking tapes when I was a kid because I liked the waves. He didn't Stop Smoking, but I never started... hmmmm and although I have a highly addictive personality it's never been even the slightest temptation. Anyway I'm way into the "a belief is just a thought you keep thinking" and that "your reality is created by your beliefs" on a very literal level right down to physical laws and manifestations. So it's exciting to have an aid in changing beliefs to ones that serve me and my desires better. http://www.massagemaggie.com |

An just think... those are the 3G versions. Once I get a chance to upgrade them, they'll work even faster and more obviously. You are definitely receptive to subliminals if you're seeing results that fast from 3G programs, though. lol I have a feeling that you're going to be someone to watch.

RE: This and That
I just wanted to add another anecdotal. I'm fat right now for me, and when I'm fat I don't do things for myself because I'm "not allowed" until I've lost weight. However, I went out today, as I have some things coming up this month that I want to look really good for, and without guilt and with full feelings of deservedness I bought a dress that fits me now that I feel beautiful in, and a nice casual top that I also feel looks great on me NOW. Not when I lose XX lbs. ASC.sub or what?!!?!? Can't wait to post some good testimonials in the upcoming months.

Right. I am quite irritable, which is not my normal self and it's NOT the time of the month either. I wonder if there is some resistance going on.

That's part of why we recommend using one program at a time. Especially with big stuff like weight loss.

Ok well I'm doing my best. It might take a little while to be less stubborn but I'm probably doing 10+ hours of the ideal weight as I listen to it at night, and have half the day dedicated to it, Am also sneaking in some listens to the confidence one but it's not the focus. It's making a difference in my figure, but what I'm liking best is the NATURAL impulse changes. Since I dislike that it is always a big mind struggle for this kind of thing. The worst was really when I was at my fittest, this was a while ago before kids and my own business, I've other priorities now but fitness is fast becoming one of them again. Anyway I worked out 14+ hours a week and the eating was such a struggle oh my god I'd never want to go back to such a miserable mindset. I wasn't truly enjoying life.
