Tarot Cards
Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you are into tarot cards? I've recently gotten into them myself due to a friend giving me a few readings, and the spreads seemed to fit my life in a few ways.
Has anyone here had any interesting spreads/experiences with tarot cards? |

RE: Tarot Cards
I have 21 years experience with them, and I have written a book about how to read them. I can assure you, they have absolutely nothing to do with religion.

RE: Tarot Cards
Hey Shannon, sorry I never replied. I guess part of me was afraid of what you might have to say. Back in July I got a tarot reading from a friend. The reading I got was supposed to be a love life/general reading It was a year long spread and it went something like this.
July:Three of Swords August: Five of cups September: 9 of Swords October: Queen of Swords November: 6 of Cups December: 4 of Swords January: 8 of Cups February: 9 of Cups (this is the one I am waiting for) March: Justice April: I don't remember what this card was, I remember it was either a sword or a cup (because all the cards in this reading were cups, swords, or major arcana), and that it was supposed to mean paranoia. June: 10 of Cups So far, the reading has been completely true. I'm just curious, what could happen in February to make me so happy? |

In my book, one of the rules I give for doing readings for others is, never allow someone else to interpret your reading. I say this because the cards are symbols, and as such they mean somewhat different things for each reader. So while I can tell you what the 9 of Cups means to me, I cannot tell you what it meant for the reader who did your reading. You'll have to ask them. This is also not the place for doing Tarot readings. Subliminal Audio Specialist & Administrator The scientist has a question to find an answer for.
