I had hoped to release UD earlier today, but I was forced to drive to my car dealership to set up an appointment to get my NEW car repaired. It has a sensor array out. I knew this would happen, given when I bought it. Ironically, I broke 3,000 miles driving it to the dealership for repairs. Florida being so sprawled out all over the damned place, I put 50 miles on it driving it to and from the dealership, too.

Just hope this is the worst of it, but we shall see. Still got another pass coming in a month or two.

RE: Shannon's Journal, Volume 2
Yesterday, I spent about half my day trying to do a 45 minute job. Six hours in, I discovered that the six hours I spent doing that 45 minute job were wasted, and I had to start all over again from scratch. I also had a smoker I could not get away from while I was doing that job happily chain smoking his ass off while I was working, even though he knows cigarette smoke kills my lungs. I was coughing my brains out, and Murphy's Law was in full effect, while I was being prevented from working on what I actually needed to work on.

Long story short, I was seething mad by the time I left to go have dinner with my girlfriend. That sort of smoldering anger that just will not go away? Yeah. It takes me 2-3 days to calm down when I get like that usually. GF tried to make me happy, but it was always met with that anger instead. I was in a really foul mood. Even the activities I tried to do to de-stress only served to make me more upset.

Then, after a fit of coughing up more phlegm because of the hours of constant exposure to cigarette smoke, I decided to try Universal Detox. Not surprisingly, I have stopped coughing. But it has had another effect that amazed me, although it makes perfect sense: within about 15 minutes, that seething anger was just... gone.

That made my day.

RE: Shannon's Journal, Volume 2
UD has astonished me. After just one exposure of six loops, my entire focus has shifted to detox. My urine is now cloudy, when it is extremely rare for me. But what amazes me most is that I find myself now focused inward, on healing. It has an emotional component to it, but is not entirely emotional in nature. It is as if I suddenly stopped, started focusing inward, and have begun finding myself. I am sorting out emotional realities that I cannot consciously make full awareness of, and seeking to re-attune my path to what I am here for, which is, to make the world a better place. There is suddenly no interest in sex or seduction at all; even in the presence of a woman with a quite pleasing body in multiple ways, I found my interest was half-assed, at best. Had a wonderful hours long conversation with my best friend, who seemed to sense my state and appeared to be much more comfortable and approachable than usual. He even suggested that I should buy the property next to his and build a house on it.

The power that UD has is astonishing. Even to me... and we are still not yet done developing 6G.

RE: Shannon's Journal, Volume 2
I am amazed to say that UD seems to have thrown my sense of balance off... I have a GotWay MSuper V3s+ electric unicycle that I use to ride around town sometimes. Today and last night, I had unusual trouble mounting it. I also had unusual trouble riding it at the speeds I normally do - around 15 mph on the sidewalk. Today's average speed was just 8 mph. I also fell of it crossing an unfamiliar driveway that was slanted heavily. Falling off it is almost unheard of for me. I was wearing full safety gear, so I wasn't hurt.

This is a stark contrast to how easily I had been riding it just one day before, and how fast. The only thing I can think of is that UD seems to have "thrown me off balance" in more ways than one, as I am also having trouble running the models effectively. This must be turbulence between UD and DMSI. Very interesting result.

RE: Shannon's Journal, Volume 2
Just a little heads up on what I am working on.

Right now, I am working full time on the custom job. However, I am also working on an experimental sub designed to prove or disprove a theory I have about something that I believe I should be able to do using subs. That program is half way built, and if it works as designed, that will open up a new branch of options for what I will be building. In the case that this works, for example, I should be able to create a subliminal that gives you a massage. Not just feels like one... but gives you all of the benefits of, and all of the effects of, and all of the sensations of, a massage. I could do titles such as back massage, foot massage, full body massage, etc.

Because the skeleton script is developed to the degree that it is, it is a relatively quick thing for me to create a subliminal single stage title that has a single simple goal. So, to that end, I am considering building an updated version of Wart Remover that would be Wart & Mole Remover, and be designed to work in a different way than before that I believe should be very effective. I will probably build that some time next month. Single stage programs with a single simple goal should only need 2-3 days to build. I'm also considering building a sleep aid and setting it to only work if it is safe for you to fall asleep, but I have not worked out how simple that would be just yet.

As usual, all this is subject to change. The custom job of course takes priority. I am making very good progress on that.

RE: Shannon's Journal, Volume 2
No doubt you guys are wondering what is going on with me. Well, the cycle I'm dealing with is kicking my ass once again, since we are in the 3rd pass, and I'm going from issue to issue. Exactly as predicted, and exactly on time for that prediction, I'm back to having computer problems again. Im trying to back up my primary hard disk before I wipe it and rebuild the entire os/build environment, and of course that is also having issues. At the moment I have my disk reporting 0 bytes free, when I know there is at least 12 gigs I freed up, and even then that leaves us with explaining what is using up 493 gigabytes of space that is completely not visible to me.

There are of course issues in other directions adding to the pressure, including this damned hurricane, the recent forum issues and others. I've decided to stay put and ride the hurricane out if possible. The scary thing is that this pass indicates the potential for challenges concerning my home in some way, although that should be peaking in 2018, so let's hope it's not this hurricane.

Anyway, I'm currently unable to work because of these computer issues, since the only thing I can do is log in as root and perform the backups, which ate also going wonky, giving me different numbers for space used per backup... so I have to redo them as well. As root, I dare not access the internet, and I also dare not do anything while the backup is being performed. I'm actually posting from my cell phone. So we are effectively dead in the water right now. If it turns out I need a new disk, again, it is likely to take weeks for me to be able to replace it if this hurricane hits us hard.

So whatever positive actions you can take to help out would be very much appreciated. Positive and helpful energy always welcome.

I'm not sure when I'll be able to get going again, this pass is hitting me harder and faster than I expected. Lets hope I'm not stuck sitting on my hands for mobths again this time.

Best wishes to everyone who was affected in Texas, and everyone else in Florida. I'll update as possible.

Currently getting tropical storm force winds, and seeing branches break off my trees. No damage to house yet, power still on but flickering here and there. I'm dealing with keeping others safe and looked after, so I'm not exactly free to be productive right now regardless. My phone died shortly after the storm started hitting us yesterday, as in, no more screen. Naturally. Perfect timing. So I have to wait until it's all over to go get it replaced.

Well we made it through. I haven't had a chance to look since last night, but I think my roof took some damage from the storm. My phone died shortly before the storm hit, and may take me a few days to replace. Internet access on the land lines is down, so for the time being, the only way to communicate is through borrowed cell phones. I'll be in communication as possible.

And for those who helped, thank you. I'd call this success.

For those of you wondering what's going on, I'm alright, but my roof took some damage during the storm and I need to replace it. I have running water, electricity and Internet is back up. I'm really busy dealing with the aftermath and helping various people and getting everything dealt with though so I can't come back yet. Was hoping to be able to work again today, but still getting bombarded with stuff. Have to race and chase and take care of stuff instead. I can't read the forums right now because I don't have the time or the energy (hurricanes are really emotionally exhausting!), so please understand that I won't be responding just yet. But I should be back soon, and I hope to be back up and running soon too. So damned tired of these delays.

I am back to work today, but I am also awaiting something, so I can't work on what I want to work on (the custom) until probably tomorrow. In the mean time, I am making optimizations to the skeleton script.

RE: Shannon's Journal, Volume 2
Just to clarify.

The power level of a subliminal (P) is not necessarily obvious by the resulting actions (A) and responses alone. Therefore, for those of you who assume that Power = Action (P = A), the actual equation is closer to this:

Action = Power/Resistance

Where there is enough power to overcome resistance, there will be more P than R, and the value of A will be greater than 1.0. Where there is not enough power to overcome resistance, the value of A will be equal to or less than 1.0.

Just as with a muscle car, action is the result of the positive forces present interacting with the negative forces present. If you take a Prius and apply the gas, and remove your foot from the brake, it will achieve 80 mph sooner or later. But if you take a monster of a muscle car and apply the brakes and the gas at the same time, but the brakes are exerting more force, you will not go anywhere, regardless of how much power the engine has.

The Prius certainly has less power, but is exhibiting more of the desired action, and the muscle car has more power, but is exhibiting less of the desired action.

This is why it is possible for some of you to get better results from SM3 than DMSI. DMSI is very powerful, but it is not finished being developed and tuned yet, so right now it is triggering more resistance for SOME of you than it can overcome (because it is so powerful).

SM3 is older and much weaker technology, and it is triggering much less resistance, meaning it can overcome what resistance it generates better. It is a finished program and technology set.

DMSI triggers so much resistance because it is so powerful, and because to achieve its goals, you guys have to face a lot of your deep inner fears. If it were not powerful enough to dig down there and get in your face with it, you would not need to resist.

And keep in mind that only some of you have this resistance. Plenty of people have achieved the design goal so far. So just because you haven't experienced it, doesn't mean nobody else has - as a lot of you like to assume.
