DRA, ARA and cognitive behavioural therapy
Shannon. In the instructions of Anxiety relief and depression relief (along with all other programs), you have the following instructions: NEVER attempt to use this program at the same time you are using any other form of mind programming, including other subliminal titles, hypnosis, NLP, or the like. Use this program by itself, or use something else. Never ever mix mind programming methods while using this program!
How does this not include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, which is standard treatment for anxiety and depression? You exclude things like release techniques, Sedona method, but cognitive behavioural therapy is the same kind of technique (albeit less effective imo).

Turning super saiyan.

RE: DRA, ARA and cognitive behavioural therapy
If it is a form of mind programming, don't mix them.

And always make sure any therapist you are seeing knows about the program and follow their advice as to using it with their therapy.
