Extreme Bodybuilding
Can someone give more information on this subliminal please.
All it says is ''Developed in conjunction with serious bodybuilders, this title is "extreme" in nature. Do not undertake this subliminal unless you are already in good health, have consulted your physician, and are ready to push your body past pre-conceived limits.'' What topics does the subliminal deal with, What is the aim of the subliminal, what kind of positive beliefs does it instill. Does it cover nutrition side of things? Just so I can get a picture. Thank you ~ I do a wonderful job, in a wonderful way, with wonderful people, for wonderful pay. ~ |

(12-04-2010 06:41 AM)Blueness Wrote: Can someone give more information on this subliminal please. Hi Blueness, The Bodybuilding title has been a joint undertaking between Shannon and I. I have been in the works of releasing a new one, with a program to go with it. It got delayed in September as I nearly died after having surgery on my throat. We are back in the making of the new one, but the one currently on the site is a very good "all in one" type of program. It will likely be re-released with the new ones, as the new ones will be more specific toward training type. In the mean time, if you want some good training literature I would suggest these two books: http://www.amazon.com/Body-Science-Resea...0071597174 http://www.amazon.com/Training-Mass-Seco...245&sr=1-1 These two books are both HIT related and are two different approaches to the same scientific theory. My lifting follows the second book's lifting routine closely (5x a week, 20 min maximum each day, lots of rest between sets, low pulse rate). I've been lifting about 8 years, switched to HIT principles about 1 year ago and never looked back. I've made more gains in this time even with my near-death surgery than I had the previous 3 years put together. I recommend the first book more because it has a lot of scientific documentation and is written by a doctor. I agree with the second book more but it has almost no documentation, and is written by a philosopher-bodybuilder. I'll make a list of some of the things it helps with: -Disregard any sense of genetic limitation to help foster Epigenetic change and therefore reach "full genetic potential" -Rejecting common negativities that arise in lifting -Increasing conscious attention to form and safe lifting -Injury prevention, to help pick up cues of unsafe lifting before they develop into chronic or traumatic pain -Increased fiber & protein consumption with meals -Increased consumption of foods with natural antioxidants & vitamins. -Manifestation suggestions to bring in/or develop ideal lifting routines -Minimum water & electrolyte suggestions -Increased attention to gym scheduling & consistency -Increased focus to help over come "sticking points" during lifts -Increase in ability & focus to lift -Better energy release at the start of and during workouts -Increase motivation, increase in priority to bodybuilding -Increase circulation and recovery for muscles, joints and tendons. -Increase maximum potential for weight -Stretch mark prevention -Decreased potential sore time -Increased attention to achieving a full nights sleep Andrew // Site Architect "Truest SUCCESS is but the development of self" - Charles Atlas |

RE: Extreme Bodybuilding
Thanks Andrew, that's pretty awesome.
I'm am very much interested in this sub, and specially HIT. Thanks for the book recommendations! I mostly train 4-5 times per week, working on one body part per session. Keeping time maximum of 1 hour, working on compounds within the 8-10 repetition lifting range. Seeing as the subconscious causes 96-98% of our thoughts, actions and emotions. I am thinking anything that can help align my subconscious with my conscious goals, will benefit me GREATLY! ~ I do a wonderful job, in a wonderful way, with wonderful people, for wonderful pay. ~ |

RE: Extreme Bodybuilding
The Extreme Bodybuilding set construction is now continued. The hold up has been entirely on my end, and I apologize. It will be worth the wait though, and Shannon and I are discussing the use of some yet controversial technology he has created (fingers crossed).

RE: Extreme Bodybuilding
Here's a screenshot of the final "stage" setup. Why not a six stage set? Because I had to keep it relevant. There just aren't six stages to the process, and for many lifters it is dynamic depending on their needs. But make no mistake, it will be every bit as powerful as a six-stage set and will have NINE tracks total. The user will decide whether to cycle 2-3-4, 2-4, C-4, etc. The set has something for everyone: Bodybuilders, Powerlifters, Sprinters, or Weekend Warriors.
Percentages refer to caloric intake. 1.) Initiation : Beginner Break-In Phase 2.) Get Big (For acquiring lean muscle size +10%) 3.) Go Heavy (Power Lifting +10%) 4.) Get Ripped (Fat Loss -10%) Specialty Stages: A) Get Huge : Same as #2 but with extra emphasis on food intake. Instead of +10% of average daily calories needed, +25%. For lifters stuck in classic ectomorph. Continued long term use will result in unwanted fat. B) Get Fast : Emphasis on extreme high intensity sprinting intervals, minimal lifting. Used for athletes transitioning from the gym to the field. Also encourages equilibrium caloric intake (supply=demand) instead of deficit. C) Insane : A combination of #2 and #3 with emphasis on #2. For those who combine strength & power training. Will include instructions for preventing overtraining. D) Maintenance : Same as #2, but with neutral caloric intake. Recommended for either: //I:: Individuals (commonly female) who want to get as strong as possible without risking putting on fat //II: Individuals who are happy with where they are and want to keep their current build. E) Go Compete : Same as #3, but with a neutral caloric intake Additional research and expert opinion from powerlifters was used to create the power stage & guidelines. If he's up to making two of them we'll make it gender specific Since everything is based on percentages, there should be no difference besides specifying male/female.

RE: Extreme Bodybuilding
That will have to be either a name embed or a gender specification to work only on you. And since name embeds are out for a while... that leaves us with one option.

RE: Extreme Bodybuilding
Well the set is chugging along. I finished another project I had going so I can now work on the set more often. Currently I'm stumped by energy/food intake suggestions which I've been discussing with Shannon. I think it is probably the most complex concept (wording wise) in the entire set. The goal is to have someone (ideally) develop and act on a sense of exactly how much energy-heavy food they should be consuming.
For example, on a workout day, someone burned 3,000 calories. For a 10% increase, I need them to consume 3,300 to maintain an anabolic state. Say that weekend on a rest day, they burned 2500 calories, just from their natural BMR. On that day, I need them to be taking in 2750 for a 10% increase. On top of all of that, I need them to be taking evenly during meals BEFORE dinner so there are no huge blood sugar spikes (high or low this causes catabolism and fat storage), with the exception of right after workout (but the spike then is really a big return to baseline since there's a huge drop in circulating blood sugar levels). The rest of the set is going well, they are all very straight-forward suggestions. Just lots of them, and very very targeted. FYC:
I use ranges of 20-50 seconds, I think this is superior, but here are more studies on 30-60 second examples FYC. http://www.multibriefs.com/briefs/acsm/active2-28.htm Andrew // Site Architect "Truest SUCCESS is but the development of self" - Charles Atlas |

RE: Extreme Bodybuilding
Wanted to post an update.
I've realized with my workload and hobbies, that I am limited in how far I can do this bodybuilding set myself. I am going to need much more of Shannon's help than I first anticipated so we have to wait until his workload clears up until I can work together with him. The only other way is if I spent a lot of time analyzing his scripts and basically learning how to do them myself, and I do not have the time commitment nor interest in doing that. I know this title has been on the block for a long, long time. But the original bodybuilding title is still nonetheless excellent. The new one will be something truly extraordinary and unique and worth the wait. In the mean time the original single title is still very solid. I can't say for sure, I have to check with Shannon, but if he OK's it I'd like to give those who have bought the original title a discount in the amount of the original (say you spent 25 on the original, you'd get 25 off the new one). No promises yet on that discount, but I want you guys covered. If he doesn't OK that one we'll figure out a different incentive for those who got the original.
