Deep, Restful Sleep. Sleep Optimizer
Hey. was just wondering if it would be good to run these together? or has Sleep Optimizer got Deep, restful sleep as part of it?
Cant wait to try this out. been years of bad sleeping. I use to sleep like a log back in my youth lol |

They can be used together. They're similar, but not the same. They should compliment each other nicely. But using them together, you'll want to use them for at least a total of 60 days. Longer might be better depending on your personal experiences.
