Become a better communicator
This could help with relationships first and foremost. Also can help build relationships and make them better. Better communication starts with understanding the situation.. being able to put your self in other people's shoes and chooseing words carefully. And Most importantly being honest with yourself and others.

Great idea, I have been thinking about this as well. I've read the Dale Carnegie book 'How to win friends and influence people", and if a sub could improve this, it would be awesome.
